Hybrid working and capacity planning

Through implementation of the first workplace booking tool and occupancy data, Gabriela created reports and analysis to help predict the future space needs and restrictions across offices. Presenting metrics and innovative solutions to upper management, she supported the company’s move to hybrid working and the adaptation of workplaces.


Office expansion & opening

Due to the hyper growth and expansion of teams, further office space was acquired and developed. Bringing together stakeholder requirements, custom branding, interior design concepts and pandemic adaptations was challenging, however, successfully delivered on time and budget.

Leading all workplace data, reporting and analysis from 5+ sources and applications, Gabriela set up the data strategy and frequent customer feedback methods in order to effectively plan the “future of work” and enable development of the workplaces that the users want and need.


Office closure

Gabriela led the project to downsize and relocate teams from an office in Berlin. Coordinating tasks and communicating thoroughly ensured a smooth and easy transition for customers.


Lease negotiations and CAPEX budgeting

As the real estate and project lead for 9 offices across Europe including Berlin, London and Paris, Gabriela was responsible for more than 23,000 square metres of real estate, with a total annual contract value of over 12 million euros.

She successfully negotiated short and long term leases with landlords and co-working providers to align with business needs, as well as monitored the budget and minimised costs, where possible.
